Refund policy

QN2 OBJECT produces items in limited runs, many of which are made to order or printed on demand (POD). Because of this production model, our return policy differs slightly from mass-produced retail goods.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Damage during transit

  • An incorrect item received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Normal variations inherent to handmade or made-to-order items


2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

Print-on-demand items are produced specifically for each order.

  • POD items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or misprinted.

  • If a POD item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved cases will receive either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)


3. Handmade / Object Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted objects:

  • Minor variations in texture, color, or finish are not considered defects

  • Returns are only accepted for functional defects or shipping damage

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with video evidence.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or burned items cannot be returned.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Personalized or customized items


5. Shipping Issues

QN2 OBJECT is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Customs delays, duties, or import taxes

If a package is damaged in transit, please document the packaging and product immediately.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
